Directions:
From East or West: Take I-40 towards Nashville Exit 215 Briley Parkway West. Take Briley Parkway West to Exit 12 McGavok Pike West. Turn Left into Gaylord Opryland Hotel at 2nd Light.
North: Take I-24 or I-65 South until you reach Briley Parkway. Take Briley Parkway East to Exit 12 McGavok Pike West. Turn Left into Gaylord Opryland Hotel at 2nd Light.
South: Take I-24 or I-65 North until you reach Briley Parkway. Take Briley Parkway West to Exit 12 McGavok Pike West. Turn Left into Gaylord Opryland Hotel at 2nd Light.

Parking:
On site parking for this event in $18-25 per day. Attendees may also choose to park at Opry Mills Mall, which is free of charges. From the Mills Mall you will need to walk a couple of minutes across the walkway to Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

Hotel Rooms:
Gaylord Opryland Hotel is the primary hotel for this event. They have given this event a special room rate of $149.95 per night (Normally price $250). The hotel has a many different activities and restaraunts on site. With a variety of dining and entertainment experiences, your stay is sure to be memorable.

There are a variety of other hotels in the area that will be handling overflow for this event, but we haven't been able to secure a special rate for this event with other hotels.

Dining:
There are a variety of on site restaraunts including Old Hickory Steakhouse, Ristorante Volare, Cascades Seafood Restaurant, Water's Edge Marketplace Buffet, and Jack Daniel's Saloon. There are also a variety of restaurants outside of the venue including Chilis, TGI Fridays, Applebees and more.
