TNLG - The Next Level Games has Moved to a new BIGGER location.
In March we moved to a new location behind Rivergate Mall beside ChuckECheese. Our new location offers us the opportunity for continued growth for all games. For directions from our current location click HERE
Our weekly Schedule for events is as follows.
Each Wednesday we host Magic the Gathering Booster Drafts. Every time we get 8 players we start a new draft anytime Wednesday so show up early and draft all day. Also on Wednesday we host Dungeons and Dragons Encounters event. We have 2 raiding groups going the first at 6pm and the second at 8pm.
Each Friday we host Magic the Gathering Friday Night Magic. The format is always standard and we begin at 6pm.
Each Saturday at Noon we host Yu-Gi-Oh! Advanced Tournament where everyone that enters receives a pack of the newest set. We also host Pegasus league at 4pm, check www.yugioh-card.com for the latest format. Also on Saturday at 3pm we host our Magic the Gathering EDH Tournament.
Each Sunday we have a host of events. For junior Yu-Gi-Oh! Players we have a free tournament using the Advanced Format. We also have a Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament for the more experienced players, both of these events start at Noon. Also on Sunday we hold our weekly Pokemon League starting at 1pm.
We are also in the planning stages of hosting weekly D&D Minis, World of Warcraft TCG and Heroclix events.
TNLG is looking for Writers for content for Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic
We are looking to bring exciting content to our site like never before. We are currently looking to hire a few more writers for each of our existing games. We will have paid positions based upon a variety of factors including readability, content, humor, and feedback. If you have a submission you would like to send in, whether it is a tournament report, deck concept, or just a good story submit it to donnie_noland@tnlg.net for consideration. Your article may just end up on the front page.
Magic the Gathering 2011 Core Set Prerelease
The biggest Prerelease in Tennessee with the most prizes.
Event: Magic the Gathering Prerelease for 2011 Core Set
Location: TNLG Tournament Center Nashville, TN.
Date: July 10th at Midnight and goes all day Saturday and Sunday
Start Times: Registration will begin at 11pm for the Midnight Prerelease. This event will start right at Midnight.
Registration for the $500 Cash event will start at 9am and the event will begin at Noon.
Booster Drafts begin at 2pm and we will be running 8-4 and 4-3-2-2 Drafts for Prizes
Sunday the registration for the 2-Headed Giant event starts at 10am with the event starting at 11am.
Event Format:
The format for this event will be Sealed Pack. Each Player will be given (6) Booster packs of 2011 Core Set. The players will then build a (40) card-minimum deck consisting of cards only received in this card pool. Players may not add any cards from outside the card pool to place into their deck. Players will then be paired using the Swiss Format against other players, in rounds to be determined by the number of players.
At TNLG we believe in making sure each player has a fair chance in all of our events so we will be using things like Deck Swap, Deck Registration, and Deck Checks throughout the day to ensure everyone has an equal and fair chance to win the top prizes. We will be using deck lists and swaps at the $500 event but not the Midnight Event.
Event Cost: The cost for this event will be $25.00 per player. ~NOTE~ The 2-Headed Giant Event will have a cost of $40 Per Team and use (8) Booster Packs per Team to build a deck for each player.
Prizes:
For the Midnight Event: We will be running this with 4 rounds of Swiss and no cut to the top 8. The prize payout will be as follows.
Players who go 4-0 will receive: (5) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set
Players who go 3-0-1 will receive: (4) Boosters Packs of 2011 Core Set
Players who go 3-1: (3) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set
Players who go 2-2 or 2-1-1 will receive: (2) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set
All other players who play all 4 rounds will receive: (1) Booster Pack of 2011 Core Set
For the $500 Cash Event: We will be running this event with a number of Swiss Rounds based upon attendance. There will be a cut to the top 8 and if we have over 96 players we will be running a Booster Draft for the top 8 Players.
1st Place will receive: (8) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set and $250 Cash
2nd Place will receive: (8) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set and $125 Cash
3rd & 4th Place will each receive: (8) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set and $75 Cash
5th - 8th Place will each receive:(8) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set
9th-16th Place will each receive: Booster Packs ~NOTE~ The total allocation of Booster Packs will be posted on site the above are the Guarantees we will be providing no matter how many players attend.
For the 2Headed Giant Event on Sunday: We will be running this event with 4 Rounds of Swiss with no cut after swiss. Prizes are as follows.
Teams who have 4 Wins will receive: Each Member will receive (1) Free Entry into any TNLG Store Event for 1 Year, and 4 Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set for each Member
Teams who have 3 Wins will receive: (6) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set to split for the Team
Teams who have 2 Wins will receive: (4) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set to split for the Team
Teams who have 1 Win will receive: (2) Booster Packs of 2011 Core Set to split for the Team

From the East or West: Take I-40 towards Nashville merge onto I-65 North. Take I-65 to Exit 995 onto Vietnam's Veteran Parkway. Take the first exit onto Conference Drive and turn Right.
