Event: Magic the Gathering Grand Prix Trial for Grand Prix Columbus
Location: TNLG Tournament Center Nashville, TN.
Date: March 20th 2010
Start Times: Registration starts at 9am with the event starting at 11am
Event Information: Play the Game, See the World. This is the mantra for Magic the Gathering, now take a road trip to Columbus, but get your bye before you get there.

Event Format: The format for this event will be Constructed using the Legacy Format. For this event each player will need his or her own deck consisting of at least (60) cards. Players may only use cards that were printed in any Magic the Gathering Set Printed. There are a variety of cards that are banned in this format. To see the Banned list click HERE. Each player may have a sideboard consisting of either 0 or 15 cards.
Players will be paired in a number of Swiss Rounds based upon attendance. Each player will compete against players with a similar record, and all players may compete in all rounds. After the swiss rounds have been completed their will be a cut to the top 8 players. Those players will compete for the final prizes.

Event Cost: The cost for this event will be $25.00 per player.
Prizes: We will be adding (3) booster packs of current Product to the prize pool for each entry into the event. The prize payout for packs will be based upon the number of participants, but as with all of our events we try to give out prizes to the top 20% of the players.
1st Place will receive: A (3) Round bye at Grand Prix Columbus and booster packs based upon attendance.
2nd - 8th Place will each receive: booster packs based upon attendance.
Full Prize payouts will be posted on site.
At all Grand Prix Trials more byes may be given out based upon attendance. If this event has over (32) players then 2 three round byes will be given out to the top (2) players.

Side Events:
TNLG will be running a wide variety of side events at this event.
Booster Drafts: $13.00 entry - Single Elimination booster draft events with First Place receiving 8 packs and 2nd Place receiving 4 Packs.
Win a Box Events: $13.00 entry - Single Elimination Constructed tournaments with the winner receiving a booster box of current product.

Directions: TNLG is located at the east side of Rivergate Mall in Rivergate Village between Target and ChuckECheese.
From the East or West: Take I-40 towards Nashville merge onto I-65 North. Take I-65 to Exit 995 onto Vietnam's Veteran Parkway. Take the first exit onto Conference Drive and turn Right. Turn Right again at the first light into Rivergate Mall. Take the first left beside Target and TNLG will be straight ahead.
From the North: Take I-65 South to Exit 95 onto Vietnam's Veteran Parkway. Take the first exit onto Conference Drive and turn Right. Turn Right again at the first light into Rivergate Mall. Take the first left beside Target and TNLG will be straight ahead.
From the South: Take I-65 North to Exit 95 onto Vietnam's Veteran Parkway. Take the first exit onto Conference Drive and turn Right. Turn Right again at the first light into Rivergate Mall. Take the first left beside Target and TNLG will be straight ahead.
